章采用系统分析方法剖析了流体输配管网计算机辅助教学课件的特点和功能。指出可将多媒体课件视为一个系统，它的各个部分可看作系统的组成要素，各个要素经有机结合成为一个整体，在发挥其各自功能的同时，又发挥出更为强大的功能，从而更加有利于辅助教师教学。章还结合教学实践浅析了教学实施过程中，课件与教师授课和学生学习的关系。
