21世纪是质量的世纪。我国高校管理教育惟有提高教学质量 ,培养出社会经济发展所需的各级各类合格的管理人才 ,才能得到持续、健康的发展。本文针对我国高校管理教育的现状 ,提出应从更新教育理念、加强知识基础设施建设、改革人才培养模式、课程体系、教学方法和管理制度等方面进行教学改革。
