为实现对道路规划造成的区域地价改变的预测,本文利用GIS对道路规划数据进行处理,对影响单元地块价格因素进行定量分析,通过对比标准地块,经系数修正确定区域地价分布,从而实现道路规划对区域地价影响的预测。
