Intemet的广泛应用使得科学信息的传播变得空前的方便快捷.最近几年,在学术活动非功利性的本质的驱动下和诸如软件领域的开放源码运动等"开放"潮流的影响下,Open-accss(OA)开始取得了一定的成功,其在科学传播领域的功能更是突显出来.当然,其中存在的问题也是不容忽视的.文章从观念转变、网络技术、激励机制、法制建设等方面,为OA背景下科学传播提出了一些建议和对策.
