为满足社会用人单位对采矿工程专业人才工程实践能力培养要求，对采矿工程专业本科教学过程中如何培养学生工程实践能力等进行深入探讨。分析了目前工程实践性教学存在的问题以及矿山企业对采矿工程技术人才的新要求，提出工程实践能力培养对策，主要包括完善专业培养方案、加强实践性实习基地建设、利用政策保障工程实践性教学和加强师资队伍建设。
To satisfy the demand of practical ability training of mining engineering major for social recruiting employers, how to develop the students’ engineering practical ability in undergraduate education of mining engineering is further investigated. In this paper, the problems exist in practical teaching and new requirements of mining engineering technology talent in mining enterprises are analyzed. The training countermeasures of engineering practical ability which includes improving the professional training plan, strengthening the construction of practical training base, making sure of the engineering practical teaching by using policy, strengthening the construction of teaching staff are proposed.
