党务政工干部作为高校人才队伍的重要组成方面，是办好高校不可或缺的重要力量，对推动高校的发展，保持高校稳定和完成育人根本任务，发挥着不可替代的作用。文章针对当前高校党务政工干部队伍中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了加强高校党务政工后备干部队伍建设的几点建议。
