Abstract:With more and more severe competition of construction projects, the competition between construction project management companies becomes competition of talents. To success in the competition, the company must make full use of the human resources. According to the demand of human resource for construction project itself, this paper describes the requirement and allocation principles of human resources in different stages and levels of construction projects. The paper lets us have an overall understanding of reasonable allocation of human resources in construction project management and realize that human resource is one of the most important factors in construction project management.
