中国“十一五”规划纲要中对可持续发展和节能减排工作提出了明确的目标。为此，作为培养中国社会主义劳动者和接班人的高等学校，应走在节能减排工作前列，要对学生进一步加强节能减排理念教育。土木建筑工程行业是耗能大户，因此，在高职土木工程专业教学中加强节能减排理念教育尤为重要。要在高职土木工程专业教学过程中有计划有系统地加强节能减排理念教育，在各个教学环节中体现出来，并付诸实践。
The targets of sustainable development and energysaving work of a clear emission reduction was stated in China’s “11th FiveYear Plan”. Colleges and Universities which train China’s socialist laborers and successors should follow in the forefront of energy-saving work of the emission reduction and further enhance the students energy-saving concept of emission reduction. Civil construction is the major energy-consuming. So Teaching in civil engineering in strengthening energy-saving concept of education is particularly important to emission reduction. This paper expresses the author’s views and opinions on the significance of energy saving and emission reduction work in civil engineering teaching how to enhance energysaving concept of emission reduction education.
