The study of the research-based teaching of the course of development and management of real estate reflects and meets the demand of today’s society for talents of real estate. Founded on an analysis of the characteristics of research-based teaching approach and the course, this paper illustrates the necessity and practicality of the approach, suggests a detailed internet-based model, and explains with practical examples the ideas, the methods and the process of applying the approach in practice.
