Abstract:To be a very important universities type, the campus culture of teaching and research universities is fumbling, developing and forward.It needs theories to guide.On the basis of analysing the characteristics of teaching and research universities, this paper discusses the characteristics of campus culture of teaching and research universities and some notices to construct the campus culture.
