文章针对物业管理课程综合性、应用性的特点，分析了物业管理课程教学中存在的问题，探讨了物业管理课程案例教学法的具体内容和操作步骤，在此基础上，明确了物业管理课程案例教学法应遵循的原则。
Based on problems existing in property management teaching, according to the characteristics of comprehensive and applied of property management curriculum , this paper analyzes content and operation steps of case teaching method, and points out that four principles should be followed in this process.
