随着学习型社会和终身学习体系的构建,继续教育的内涵发生了巨大变化,即学历教育向非学历教育过渡转型。针对这一现象该文分析了高校继续教育发展现状、困惑和影响非学历教育发展的因素,并在此基础上,提出了高校发展非学历教育在思想上、认识上、机制上和切入点上改革和创新的应对策略。

As a learning society and lifelong learning system ,the connotation of the continuing education has changed dramatically, that is, the academic education transition to nonacademic education. In response to this phenomenon, the paper analyzes the status quo, confusion and impact of nonacademic factors in the continuing education in colleges and universities, and on this basis, puts forward the development of nonacademic education in colleges and universities in terms of ideology, understanding, and the mechanism on the point of the reform and innovative strategies to deal with.
