文章通过系统的理论学习、集中的强化培训、务实的国情、校情教育，建立、健全跟踪培养机制和海外培训进修机制，总结提高高校党政干部思想政治素质培养的具体实践，强化多角度的锻炼和培训，全面提高高校党政干部队伍思想政治素质，并就进一步完善培养模式提出了建议。
