高校企业合同制职工党员人数不断增多，但合同制党员的教育和管理跟不上形势发展。如何创新合同制党员的管理机制，抓好高校企业党员队伍建设，适应高校企业的改革和发展需要，是当前高校企业党组织建设中亟待解决的问题。分析高校企业合同制党员教育管理中存在的问题和产生的原因，提出了加强高校企业合同制党员教育管理的对策和措施。
