文章从素质教育的视角，就实践教学的效果，对建筑环境与设备工程专业的本科应届毕业生开展了调查。调查结果表明,实践教学在该专业本科教育阶段的效果是多方面的、综合性的，得到学生的高度认可。同时,探讨了应届本科生考研对本科实践教学的影响。
