Professional valuation has become one of the hot topics of discussion of education sector and those concerned about education.The professional valuation of civil engineering and architecture was the first professional valuation in China,and there is 20 years experience in the professional valuation. This article analyzes the basic situation of China’s professional valuation of civil engineering and architecture,and that of the system of certification and registration, reflects the system of professional valuation and registration,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the registration system of the construction industry at last.
