从地方院校的办学定位和人才培养目标出发，分析了地方应用型人才培养走特色化发展之路的必要性，提出了特色化培养的教育属性和教育理念。结合应用化学专业特色方向的设立和实践过程，初步建立了一套较为合理和可操作的应用化学应用型人才培养模式。

According to the school education orientation and the training aims of talent, the necessity of characteristic education model for appliedoriented education in local university is analyzed, and the essentials of characteristic education are brought up. In combination with the practice of characteristic education for the applied chemistry discipline, a feasible training model is put forward.
