安徽省重点教研项目“地方工科院校学科专业优化及多样化人才培养模式的研究与实践”（JYXM2003026）
从地方院校的办学定位和人才培养目标出发，分析了地方应用型人才培养走特色化发展之路的必要性，提出了特色化培养的教育属性和教育理念。结合应用化学专业特色方向的设立和实践过程，初步建立了一套较为合理和可操作的应用化学应用型人才培养模式。
According to the school education orientation and the training aims of talent, the necessity of characteristic education model for appliedoriented education in local university is analyzed, and the essentials of characteristic education are brought up. In combination with the practice of characteristic education for the applied chemistry discipline, a feasible training model is put forward.
