中国的高等教育面临着由“精英教育”向“大众化教育”转移的过渡时期，提高教育教学质量已成为关系到中华民族伟大复兴的重大问题。文章针对建立本科教学质量保障长效机制的若干问题展开讨论。

The higher education in China is in the interim of transferring from elite education to mass education and improving the quality of education is of vital importance to the development of China. So some issues about establishing the longterm mechanism of teaching quality guarantee in the undergraduate education are discussed in this paper.
