文章从对高校的认可、对工作本身满意度、对工作群体满意度、对工作回报满意度、对工作环境满意度五方面构建了高校教师工作满意度评价指标体系,通过AHP方法找到该检测的指标和权重,建立了多级模糊综合评价模型,最后通过实例说明了该方法的使用。

This article constructs the appraisal system to job satisfaction on college teachers from five aspects: the working conditions, the organization’s approval, on worked the itself degree of satisfaction, the work community, the work repayment, and using the AHP to extract each influence factor’s target weight, then establishes the EAP project multistage fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation model, finally explains this method use through the example.
