为了增强民办高校的办学竞争力，形成民办高校土木工程专业人才培养模式的特色，文章针对民办高校学生的特点，探讨了不同于公办高校的人才培养模式的创新改革方案，其中包括人才培养目标的重新定位，培养计划中增加实践环节模块和职业课模块，根据实用性、联系与整合、时代感等原则优化课程内容，实行“活动教学法”等新颖的教学方法以及增强人文教育，培养自己的校园文化等改革理念。

In order to enhance the competitiveness of nongovernmental institutions, and form nongovernmental institutions in civil engineering specialty talents training mode, according to the characteristics of students in nongovernmental institutions, the authors discuss reform plans of talent training mode that is different from public universities. They includes resetting target of talent cultivation, adding practice module and professional class module in training plan, optimizing course content according to practical, conformability, and contemporary principles, practicing some teaching methods such as‘dynamic approach’, enhancing humanities education and cultivating own campus cultural.
