自1998年颁布的《普通高等学校本科专业目录》中设置了工程管理专业以来，增设工程管理专业的高校逐年增加，成为热门专业。目前工程管理专业人才培养现状还存在诸多问题，如设立本专业的高校类型及数量多、培养方案差异大、人才培养质量参差不齐和学科建设缓慢等，针对这些问题，对工程管理本科人才培养目标定位、知识体系搭建以及学科建设和专业建设进行了探索。

Since the engineering management specialty was established in the promulgated Ordinary College Undergraduate Specialty Directory, it was set up in more and more universities and became a popular specialty. Nowadays, there are many problems in its talenttraining system including that excessive universities and colleges have set up the specialty both in types and quantities, training systems are various, talenttraining quality is different, and the discipline construction is slow. To solve the problems, we explored and discussed about the talenttraining goal, the knowledge system, the discipline construction, and the specialty construction.
