通过行业、生源等因素的调查分析，从人才培养模式基本内涵入手，按工程造价专业的职业要求，确立了双层次岗位培养目标，并依据岗位职业能力来建立相应的人才培养模型，构建出螺旋结构的六大学习工作包，基于螺旋递进路径，最终完成工程造价专业的人才培养目标。

We investigated and analyzed the business situation and student source of project cost specialty in higher vocational schools. Based on the basic meaning of talenttraining mode and professional requirements of project cost specialty, we presented a twolevel occupation training goal, and constructed a corresponding talenttraining mode including six structural learning and working packages to achieve the training goal by a spiral progression.
