经济社会的发展对应用型本科院校土木建筑学科创新团队建设提出新的更高要求,为改进现有创新团队组织模式,使学科方向相对集中、稳定,学科结构更加优化,顺利实现培养应用型人才、服务社会等方面的目标,构建新型科研创新团队组织模式已成为必然。在构建过程中,团队目标、科研梯队、资源整合体系和考核激励机制四种基本要素缺一不可,通过确定目标、选拔成员、分配角色、科研梯队组建、项目攻关等一系列活动,从而形成不断成熟和完善的动态组织模式。

With the development of economy and society, new and higher demands on innovation team construction of civil subject are needed in applicationoriented institutes. To improve the existing organization mode of innovation team, make the subject orientation relatively centralized and stable, optimize the subject structure, and achieve aims of cultivating applied talents to serve the society, it is necessary to build a new organization mode. In the construction process, team goals, scientific research groups, resources assessment system, and incentive mechanism are four basic elements. To construct a continuously mature and improved dynamic organization mode, they must be combined organically by doing a series of activities, including determining research goals, selecting members, allocating roles, establishing a scientific research echelon, and solving critical projects.
