Training scientific innovation talents is the need of times and an inevitable trend of social development. How to cultivate talents is an important task to the work of Communist Party leading Communist Youth League in universities. We analyzed meanings of the works of Communist Party leading Communist Youth League, discussed about its situation and problems, and proposed concrete measures to give full scope to its advantages and strengthen students’ scientific innovative abilities.
