结合重庆大学继续教育学院加强函授教育教学管理的改革实践，遵循“立足改革、加强管理、提高质量、改进服务、适应需要、办出特色”的指导思想，从函授站布局调整、专业建设、教学模式以及将远程网络教育技术应用于推进函授教育教学等方面不断改革创新，对探索新时期高校函授教育管理的规律，提高函授教育教学质量提供了可借鉴的经验。

Based on the practice of strengthening teaching administration of correspondence education in college of continue education of Chongqing University and the guiding principles of ‘reforming; strengthening administration; enhancing the quality; improving the service; catering to the needs; and building up specialties’, this paper brings forth new ideas in adjustments in the distribution of correspondence education centers, specialty construction, teaching mode and the application of distance learning technology into the promotion of correspondence education.In addition, it provides suggestions for the inquiry of the regulation of teaching administration and the improvement of teaching quality of correspondence higher education
