The protection and reuse of old buildings can be regarded as a kind of new regional characteristics of architecture creation.Based on the architectural creation of modern Spain, to restore and protect the outstanding examples of architectural heritage, through the analysis of its unique methods of design, this paper depicts the countermeasures and methods of the urban context continuation to inosculate new and old, past and modern, history and reality.
