随着高等教育自学考试的功能和服务范围不断扩大，高校自考管理日趋复杂，面临的新问题逐渐增多。如何使高校自考更加适应未来社会对应用型人才的要求，推进其可持续发展，关键在于能否创新管理体制。文章通过分析高校自考管理工作现状及存在的一些问题，提出了一些创新管理体制的建议，对中国高等教育自学考试管理工作的健康、持续发展有一定的积极意义。

With the continuously expansion of functions and scope of services of higher education self-study examination, the management of self-study examination is more and more difficult and new problems emerge. How to make self-study examination of higher education adapt to the requirement of application-oriented talents is a key problem, and an innovative management system is a key step. The management status and problems of self-study examination of higher education were studied, and some suggestions for management system innovation were proposed which can provide a reference for healthy and sustainable development of self-study examination management in higher education.
