对近年来高校市政工程专业研究生毕业流向与就业意向进行了调查,说明培养应用型人才是社会发展的需要。对学术型学位研究生和专业学位研究生培养模式进行了多方面比较,并阐述了研究生培养模式变革的趋势。
We investigated the job post and job-seeking intentions of municipal engineering graduates in recent years. The result shows that it is the demand of social development to cultivate application-oriented talents. We compared the training mode of academic-degree postgraduate and professional-degree postgraduate in many aspects, and illustrated the trend of reform on the postgraduate training mode.
