The introduction of real estate development is a strong practicability and comprehensive course. Based on current teaching situation and problems existing in the teaching process, I increased the quantity of practical teaching and enhanced the case in teaching reform, which stimulated students’ learning initiative and cultivated students’ innovation ability. It achieved good teaching effect.
