工程管理专业属于实践性极强的管理学科,实习教学环节是提高工程管理专业人才综合素质和培养职业意识的重要途径。通过对工程管理专业实习环节存在问题的分析,从教学方法、教学内容、师资、实习基地、考核评估等方面提出了实习环节教学质量保障体系,以达到创新人才培养的目标。

Practice stage is an important way to improve comprehensive competence and professional awareness. To educate creative talents, I constructed an education quality assurance system of practice stage for engineering management specialty from several aspects including education method, education contents, teachers, practice place, and assessment.
