高水平研究型大学的首要任务是为国家培养高素质的创新型人才。研究生教育作为一种人才培养模式,其关键在于培育和提升研究生的创新能力和核心竞争力,这也是研究型大学急需研究和解决的重大课题。针对现有研究生教育在创新能力培养方面存在的不足,文章从导师队伍建设、课程设置、实践环节等方面,对影响研究生创新能力培养的关键因素进行了分析讨论。

The most important task of highquality research universities is to cultivate innovative talents with high quality for the country. As a cultivating model, the key of graduate education is to nurture and enhance graduate students’ innovative capacity and core competition ability. It is a major topic needed to be researched and solved in research universities. Depending on the shortcomings of graduate education in terms of innovative ability, key factors that may affect the innovative ability cultivating of graduate students, including the tutor team construction, curriculum setting and practice, were analyzed and discussed in the paper.
