施工实习是学生深入生产第一线参加施工技术组织、施工管理及技术经济等方面的实际工作，是土木专业学生将理论知识综合应用于实际的重要环节。文章根据独立学院教学特点，打破传统施工实习的管理方法，利用 PDCA 质量控制循环原理, 设计了一个基于 PDCA 较为详细的施工实习管理过程控制。

Construction practice is a practical work for student to take part in engineering techniques organization, construction management and technological economy. It is an important section for student to link theory with practice. Based on the characteristics of independent college, this paper broke the traditional management method of construction practice, used the principle of PDCA to design a process control of construction practice management.
