当前，办学经费问题已成为制约民办高校实现可持续发展的一个重要问题。文章分析了目前中国民办高校融资的基本方式和共同特点，以及民办高校融资过程中所存在的困难和主要问题，提出了政府、社会、学校共同参与民办高校投资，形成民办高校多元化融资机制。
