拔尖创新型人才是我国目前研究生人才培养的目标之一,国内诸多学者就此问题展开了广泛的讨论,文章就如何保证研究生整体教育质量与拔尖创新型人才培育间关系,拔尖创新型人才培养机制及如何有效的将理论与实践相结合进行了深入探讨,并通过教学实践,对拔尖创新型人才遴选,培育进行了有益的尝试,提出了一种新的研究生拔尖创新型人才培养机制。
Excellence innovation talent training is one of the main objectives of graduate education at present. Associated researchers have done many of works on this field. The paper discussed the relationship between education quality improvement and innovation graduate students training, and the combination of theory and practice. With teaching practice, the author made some efforts on the training of excellence innovation graduate students, put forward a new kind of training mechanism for the training of excellence innovation graduate students.
