针对高职土建专业实训基地中存在的问题,提出校企合作共建实训基地的运行模式,从教学和生产两方面对实训基地建设思路制定、方案设计、具体建设进行综合把关,校企合作实训基地的运行管理能优化基地管理机构,促进工学结合的开展,保证实训项目的适用性与先进性,并能有效促进实训基地良性运行。
According to the problems existing in practice training base of civil engineering specialty in higher vocational school, the paper put forward the practice training base mode of school-enterprise cooperation, focused attention on construction ideas, case design of practice training base building from the teaching and production. The operation of school-enterprise cooperation can optimize the management agencies, promote the integration of engineering and teaching, ensure the applicability and advanced training programs, and effectively promote the operation of the practice training base.
