土建类专业具有很强的实践性、社会性、综合性、创新性和群体性。文章介绍了目前国内大多数应用型本科院校土建类专业实践教学的现状，论述了工程训练对于培养土建类专业人才的意义，并结合实际对土建类专业工程训练的教学模式进入了深入探讨。
Civil engineering specialty is practical, social, comprehensive, and innovative. We introduced the current situation of practical teaching of civil engineering specialty in many application-oriented universities, clarified the importance of engineering training for civil engineering students, and then discussed on the engineering teaching mode of civil engineering based on the practice.
