The paper proposes the concept of the linkage system for economic responsibility audit, and briefs on the significance and necessity of the linkage system for university administrators. The current insufficiency of the linkage system for economic responsibility audit is pointed out and reasonable solutions how to build the linkage system for economic responsibility audit scientific are suggested.
