Construction of real estate management specialty in China is constantly improving with the development of the real estate industry. The exploration on talent training mode of real estate management specialty is important for the development of the subject. Based on the analysis between real estate management and others specialties, we presented a talent training goal of “three dimensions”, established a curriculum guide mode of “society education–society”, and proposed a training mode for technology based management talents.
