文章结合长沙理工大学城市规划专业就业形式，以城市总体规划实习教学为例，着眼于学生实习特点，探讨城市规划专业人才培养方式。从校企合作机制，自主学习方法，实习教师队伍等方面总结了城市规划专业的实习经验，探讨研究型与应用型并重的人才培养模式。

Based on the employment situation of city planning specialty in Changsha University of Science and Technology，the paper discussedthe talent training method for the characteristics of the students’ practice in overall urban planning teaching. The paper summarized the experiences of urban planning practice，explored the talent training mode which paid attention to both research and application from cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise,initiative study method, the organization of the faculty.
