毕业设计是工程管理专业本科培养过程的关键环节，它直接影响工程管理专业的办学定位和培养质量。文章深入地分析了目前国内工程管理专业本科毕业论文实现途径中出现的主要问题，从工程管理专业的学科特点和专业定位出发，提出了基于设计分组对比模式下的本科毕业设计实现途径。

Graduation design is a key point in the training process of engineering management specialty, affects the specialty orientation and training quality. The paper analyzed the main problem on implementation way for graduation design of engineering management specialty, and proposed the implement way of graduation design under grouping contrast pattern from subject characteristics and specialty orientation of engineering management specialty.
