文章从军事课学科的定位、教育训练时间的保障、教育训练内容的完成三方面入手,对军事课教学中存在的问题及产生原因作了分析,在广泛调研的基础上结合其他国家国防教育的做法,从国际形势、战略环境、国家发展战略理念、高校思想政治教育等方面论证了把军事课更名为国防教育课,并纳入高校思政教育大学科体系的必要性和可行性。

The paper analyzed the problems and reasons in the teaching of military theory course fromsubject setting, time assurance, training content. Compared with the other countries institutional practice, this paper demonstrated the necessities and feasibility of institutionalizing military courses to national defense education courses through the perspective of international situation, the strategic environment, national development concept, the course requirements, with the hope of promote the process of institutionalization and standardization of Military education.
