针对工程造价专业教学团队建设，提出了教学团队的构建目标和原则。在构建能力素养指标体系基础上，建立了AHP法分析模型进行能力素养重要性排序，提出能力素养提升的教学团队建设思路和具体措施。

According to teaching team construction of engineering cost specialty, the article put forward the objective and principle of teaching team construction. Based on the construction of ability and quality quota system, it established AHP analytical model to give the sequence of ability and quality, put forward the measures for teaching team construction to improve the ability and quality.
