随着高校国防教育工作的不断发展和进步，按照创新教育对教师的要求，需要大量创新型军事教师以开创国防教育事业新局面。文章从改革创新思维、更新创新观念，完善知识结构，以及掌握教育教学能力等方面提出了提高军事教师综合素质的具体举措。

With the requirements of creative education for the teachers, and the development of national defense education in colleges and universities, the universities need a large number of innovative military teachers to create a new situation of national defense education. The current military teacher education system can not adapt to this demand, it is necessary to improve the military teachers’ comprehensive quality, training innovative teachers. This article puts forward the way to cultivate the comprehensive quality of the teachers from the new thinking, new ideas, multidimensional knowledge structure and teaching ability.
