文章结合浙江工商大学工商管理学院工程管理专业毕业论文的实际情况，对工程管理专业学生在开展毕业论文过程中存在的问题进行分析，从指导模式、学生兴趣、进度安排、论文篇幅、可行性研究、研究方法6个方面进行了探讨，提出了相应的措施与建议。

Based on the actual situation of the graduation thesis of engineering management specialty in the college of business administration of Zhejiang Gongshang University, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of graduation thesis. The guiding mode, the student interest, schedules, paper length, the research feasibility, research methods are discussed, and the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward.
