文章从知识获娶课程设置、课程考核和实践环节等方面探讨了当前高校土木工程专业本科教学和培养方式的现状及存在的问题,提出了按照学生的成长和发展规律,同时兼顾不同年龄段教师工作特点的师资力量分配改革,阐析了以专业技术学科理论为主,兼顾跨学科、跨专业课程的综合性培养教育理念,介绍了控制课堂规模和更新教学内容的课堂教学改革模式,阐述了基于整个社会多元化需求的人才培养和学生成绩考核标准,提出了实行校企合作的实践环节培养模式,探讨了本科生导师制的建立与改革方案。

The acquisition of knowledge, curriculum schedule, curriculum evaluation, and practice in current civil engineering professional teaching and training in universities and colleges were discussed. According to the growth and development of students and taking into account the different age teachers working characteristics, a reform program was put forward. The education idea of comprehensive training was also put forward. The teaching reform method of update teaching content and a small size of the class were introduced. A new assessment standard of the student achievement was put forward based on the whole social demands of talent training. The implementation of school-enterprise cooperation training mode was also introduced. Finally the establishment and reform plan of the tutorial system for undergraduate students were discussed.
