分析高校工程管理专业实践教学中存在的主要问题，结合黄河科技学院工程管理专业实践教学优化改革的具体情况，从培养目标定位、实践教学体系构建、师资队伍及实践平台建设等方面探讨民办高校工程管理专业实践教学体系优化改革思路。

Based on analysis of main problems in practice teaching for engineering management specialty, details on the teaching reform in Huanghe Science & Technology College were introduced and some suggestions were pointed out to improve the effect of practice teaching for engineering management, such as determining an accurate training object, establishing a practice teaching system in hierarchy, pertinence, and multiformity, constructing teacher-echelon, and cooperating with enterprises in practice platform construction.
