The present era is a MicroAge in which people use new media to communicate with each other. Today, college students show their personality fully. To strengthen and optimize the work of college students’ ideological and political education, we should change the work mode based on the succession and innovation of tradition. Teachers must adapt themselves to the new media era and take advantages of new media completely.
