This article puts forward 7 key practical skills based on main job clusters of accounting in real estate industry, they are cashier, tax planning, financing budgeting, finance analyzing, funds management and financing. Accordingly , this article sums up 4 specific models for accounting job clusters based on careers in real estate industry, they are models of accounting, computerized accounting, finance analyzing and financing. It also illustrates the inter-relationships of the above 4 models. Then it represents the exploring practice on curriculum system forming, educational methods improving and innovating, course certificate integration and educational quality guarantees, all of the above sheds light on the reforming of practice on accounting and financing curricular system based on real estate industry.
