作为一种较为先进的学校教育教学资源配套方式,学分制成为众多高校的共同选择。文章介绍了学分制的内涵及其特点，分析了地方本科院校在推进学分制中存在的问题，提出了完善学分制改革的建议和具体措施。

As a kind of advanced teaching system of higher education credit system was the common choice of local undergraduate colleges. The paper introduced the content and characteristic of credit system, analyzed the problems in the credit system promotion, and put forward some suggestions and measures to improve the credit system reform.
