将企业的价值管理思想借鉴到高校教师人力资源管理中,对高校教师人力资源进行功能、成本和价值分析,建立价值管理视域下的高校教师人力资源管理模型,使有限的高校教师人力资源能发挥最大的价值,为高校建立教师考评评价制度、调整岗位配置、实施激励薪酬体系和培训计划等提供有力指导和科学决策,为促进高校更好更快、内涵式发展,实现高校教师人力资源的科学管理提供了一种全新的视角和路径。
